Down the stretch they come - Ontario Junior B Lacrosse update

It continues to be a two-horse race atop the Ontario Junior B Lacrosse League standings. 

In the West, the Six Nations Rebels sit at (13-0), while the beasts of the East - the Akwesasne Thunder are also (13-0).

Kalem Powless of the Rebels leads all scores with 73 points. Alex Delormier of the Thunder is third in scoring, two points back of Guelph's Ben Morton, with 68 points on the campaign. 

Between the pipes, Akwesasne's Xavier Delormier has all of his team's 13 wins and the best save-percentage at .855. Six Nations Ryder Johnson has nine victories and a 6.13 goals against average. Goaltending update brought to you by Boddam Lacrosse

The St. Catharines Athletics continue to sport the league's best powerplay, clicking at 49.5 percent. 

The West Durham Ironheads and Kahnawake Hunters are tied for the top penalty-killing units at 79.2 percent.

As for individual special teams scoring, Christian Mackinnon of the Barrie Bombers is tops in powerplay goals with 12. The Rebels Grayson Skye has a league best six shorthanded tallies. 

The Rebels Kagan General continues to boast being the top penalty minutes leader with 109.
