Final Four is set - Ontario Junior B Conference Finals begin Thursday

The final four is set in the Ontario Junior B Lacrosse League playoff race.

The East features the Akwesasne Thunder against the Kahnawake Hunters, while the West sees the Guelph Regals taking on the St. Catharines Jr. B Athletics.

Akwesasne is a combined (26-0) over the course of the regular season and the playoffs this year including sweeps of Nepean and the Ironheads.

Tehokwirathe Barreiro leads the Thunder in playoff scoring with 30 points. Akwesasne also features the best postseason powerplay that has connected on 41.7 percent of its man-advantage chances.

Kahnawake is (6-3) in the playoffs, and have scored the most goals at 104, led by Owen Rice's playoff best 23 goals, 33 assists and 56 points. The Hunters are also the most penalized team serving 104 minutes in the sin bin.

In the West, Guelph is also a perfect (6-0) during the 2026 playoffs following sweeps of Point Edward and Orangeville. The Regals run is led by their top-notch defense, led by goaltender Dane Dickinson and his postseason best (for netminders that have played more than three games) 5.58 goals against average and .883 save-percentage.

St. Catharines shocked many in the lacrosse world by knocking off the Six Nations Rebels in four games, including three straight victories.

The Athletics feature three of the top-five playoff leading scorers in Lucas Williams (39 points) Jack Parker (32 points) and Dawson Battersby (30 points)
